What oil do you use?  
We only use Vegetable (Soybean) Oil in our cooking.

How do you clean up?  
We utilize a ‘clean as you go approach’. We also thoroughly clean the inside of the truck and all equipment at the end of each business day.

Where do you get your raw ingredients from?
We hand pick all of our meats, spices, and vegetable to
ensure that the customer gets the highest quality
product possible.
